baby kate visits downtown houston

Today my mom had to drive up to Montgomery for work.  Kiki and Katelyn and I tagged along.  Montgomery is pretty far away and it was a really long drive but Baby K was very good (as usual) and we all had fun talking.

Montgomery was very pretty.  It was out in the country and there were so many green trees.  The house we drove to was in a neighborhood called Honea Egypt.  Who would have thought that there was a town called Honea Egypt in Texas?

 On our way home, we drove through downtown Houston so we decided to get some lunch.  We had some delicious barbeque at Pappa's (poor Katelyn had bananas and applesauce).  We had such a great time talking and enjoying great Texas food.

It was interesting to be downtown during lunch hour.  The buildings are so tall and it is so busy.  There were people every where getting out of the office for lunch.  We had a great time! :)
